Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at sajdhaj.pk. Below is our detailed Shipping Policy that explains how we process and deliver your orders across Pakistan.


1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.)

  • All towns and remote regions where courier service is available


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your location:

  • Standard Delivery: PKR 250

  • Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 3000
    Shipping fees will be visible at checkout before confirming the order.


3. Delivery Time

Order processing & delivery times:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery Time:

    • Major cities: 2–4 working days

    • Other cities/remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, load on courier companies, or public holidays.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS after placing your order.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please make sure:

  • You provide a reachable contact number.

  • You are available to receive the parcel within the estimated delivery period.

  • In case of rejection without reason, future COD orders may require advance payment.


6. Prepaid Orders (If you accept online payments)

If prepaid payment is made, the order will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Non-confirmed payments may cause delays.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier name (e.g., Leopards, TCS, M&P, PostEx, etc.)
    You can track your order on the courier’s official website.


8. Delays & Courier Issues

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier company are beyond our control.

  • Weather, strikes, road conditions, or high seasonal load can affect delivery times.

  • If the parcel is delayed more than 7 working days, contact our support team and we will assist you.


9. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or if the courier fails to reach you:

  • The parcel may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • In some cases, the order may be cancelled

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the item

  • Share unboxing pictures & videos (required for claim approval)
    We will investigate and offer replacement or compensation based on our return policy.


11. International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT offer international delivery.
We ship only within Pakistan.
