1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
A. Wrong Item Received
You received a completely different product than what you ordered.
B. Damaged or Defective Product
If the item arrives broken, defective, or damaged during delivery.
C. Missing Items
If something is missing from your parcel.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene, safety, and product-sensitive nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) unless broken/damaged on arrival

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

You must share clear unboxing video/photos as proof (mandatory for claims).

Products damaged after use or mishandling are not eligible.
4. Refund Options
If your return request is approved, you may receive:

Refund method will be decided based on the nature of the issue.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we cover the return shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, didn’t like color/design) return is not accepted due to product category restrictions.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately.

Once the parcel is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Repeated cancellation without reason may lead to account/order restrictions.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only when:

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
8. Non-Delivery or Returned Parcel
If your parcel is returned by the courier due to:

Customer not available

Phone switched off / unreachable
You may need to pay reshipping charges to get the parcel delivered again.
Customers who repeatedly reject COD parcels may be required to pay advance payment for future orders.
